NOTHING BEATS EXPERIENCE. OUR CREW IS WORLD-CLASS, WITH EXPERTISE BORNE OF DECADES IN THE BUSINESS.

A wise man once said that that the only source of knowledge is experience.

Little wonder, then, that the Oceania team is held in such high regard. With easily decades of experience among our crew, we know this crazy industry from top to bottom.

Needless to say, our people are our most valuable asset. Many of our senior staff have honed their skills internationally as well as on the local stage; all are specialists whose craft is like second nature.

There is a powerful advantage in being a company that covers all aspects of events – sound, lighting, staging and screens – as our expertise spans the disciplines. Knowledge and useful information is readily shared among our departments. This depth of understanding is an extraordinary resource. Newer crew members benefit enormously from working with the best in the business and quickly develop their own talents.

All jobs are approached in the same way: with a confidence that only experience can bring – and with not a little humour; we enjoy what we do! The strength of our track record speaks for itself.

If you’ve made it this far you really must have a problem – or a proposal.
Rarely (never?) seen at a load-out, Matt prefers to sit in his office, take questionable long lunches with “the bank” and think about what we’ll be up to in five years’ time.
